By downloading, installing, or using FreezeCam (the “App”, “Extension”, or “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License

Free Plan: FreezeCam grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the free version of the software.

Pro Plan: Upon purchasing a Pro license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use all Pro features on your personal devices. The license is for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

3. Permitted Use

You may use FreezeCam for any lawful purpose, including personal and professional video calls. You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Distribute, sell, or sublicense the software to third parties
Use the software for any illegal or deceptive purpose

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Pro features, contact us at support@freezecam.app and we will work to resolve it.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

FreezeCam is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreezeCam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
